These services are educational and performance-based and are not a substitute for in-person evaluation.

All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

This service does not:

    •    Diagnose medical conditions

    •    Provide medical treatment

    •    Replace care from a physician, athletic trainer, or licensed healthcare provider in person

If an athlete is experiencing pain, injury, or worsening symptoms, they should seek appropriate in-person medical evaluation.

3. Parent / Guardian Consent (Minors)

For athletes under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase the service and provide consent for participation.

By purchasing, the parent or legal guardian confirms they authorize the athlete’s participation in this virtual movement analysis service.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in throwing, training, and athletic activity carries inherent risk of injury.

By using this service, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. Recommendations provided are intended to support safer movement patterns but do not eliminate the risk of injury.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of this service, all sales are final once video analysis has begun.

Refunds are not provided for completed or in-progress assessments.

6. Video Submission & Use

Athletes may be required to submit video recordings for analysis.

All submitted videos are used solely for the purpose of individual assessment unless explicit permission is granted for educational or marketing use.

7. Communication & Delivery

All assessments are delivered digitally, typically within 3 business days of receiving complete video submissions unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Throwing Doctor, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in athletic activity or use of recommendations provided through this service.
