terms of Service

This website and all services are operated by The Throwing Doctor, LLC. By purchasing or using any service, program, or digital product, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These services are designed to provide remote movement-based analysis, education, and performance recommendations for athletes.

1. Service Description

The services offered may include one or more of the following: Remote video-based throwing assessments and movement analysis 1:1 coaching and ongoing remote support for throwing athletes Structured training programs (including the ThrowSafe 6-Week Arm Reset program) Education on movement patterns, workload management, and performance development General recommendations to support more efficient and durable movement patterns All services are delivered remotely and are educational and performance-based in nature. They are not a substitute for in-person evaluation or hands-on medical care.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All information provided through any service, program, or communication is for educational and informational purposes only. These services do not: Diagnose medical conditions Provide medical treatment or medical advice Replace care from a physician, athletic trainer, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider If an athlete is experiencing pain, injury, or worsening symptoms, they should seek appropriate in-person medical evaluation.

3. Parent / Guardian Consent (Minors)

For athletes under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase the service and provide consent for participation. By purchasing, the parent or legal guardian confirms they authorize the athlete’s participation in all associated services, including coaching, assessments, and training programs.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in throwing, training, and athletic activity carries inherent risk of irritation or injury. By using these services or programs, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. All recommendations are intended to support safer movement and workload management but do not eliminate risk.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of these services, all sales are final once any of the following has begun: Video analysis has been initiated Program access has been granted Coaching services have started or onboarding has occurred Refunds are not provided for completed or in-progress services.

6. Program Access & Platform Use (Everfit or Rebuildr)

Program and coaching materials may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Everfit or Rebuildr. Access to the platform is provided for the duration of the active service period. The Throwing Doctor, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove client access to the platform after program completion or after a period of inactivity, generally within 12 months of purchase, in order to manage platform capacity and maintain system organization. Clients are encouraged to download or save any materials they wish to retain. Platform access does not guarantee lifetime availability.

7. Video Submission & Use

Athletes may be required to submit video recordings for analysis or coaching purposes. All submitted materials are used solely for individual assessment and service delivery unless explicit written permission is granted for educational or marketing use.

8. Communication & Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Throwing analysis is typically delivered within 3 business days after receipt of complete video submissions Coaching and program support timelines vary based on service level and are communicated upon enrollment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Throwing Doctor, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in athletic activity or use of recommendations provided through any service or program.

10. Agreement

By purchasing any service, program, or submitting materials for review, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
